Job Description

About Us
We’re a community of passionate veterinary professionals committed to providing truly exceptional care. We’re set on building something extraordinary: creating the most forward-thinking and innovative place in the veterinary industry. We’re always looking for people who aspire to stand out in their field, and it’s this vision and enthusiasm that forms the foundation of how we work. We provide ongoing support to our teams, both in practice and through our dedicated training centre. This empowers you to get the very best from our advanced equipment while being on your journey to veterinary excellence.

The Role
We have anexciting opportunities for Assistant Veterinary Surgeon with a couple years’ experience to work at the famous Skeldale Veterinary Centre in North Yorkshire. The mixed animal position will have a varied caseload as the mixed practice is 75% small animal, 15% large animal and 10% equine. The other opportunity within Skeldale will involve working purely on small animals. This is a brilliant opportunity to work in a supportive environment with an established team of vets who will be able to train and support you. This purpose-built practice is on the edge of the beautiful Yorkshire Moors with good road links to the A1M and only two hours and thirty minutes away from London by train. Skeldale Veterinary Centre is fully equipped with an in-house laboratory, dental suite, newly renovated surgical theatre and much more! We offer a competitive salary package including vehicle and accommodation options plus CPD encouraged and generously funded.
